Official Processing Time Notice

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the following official business day. Custom embroidery, monogramming, or personalized alterations may safely add an additional 3-5 days to your total fulfillment timeline.

Global Fulfillment Network

We partner exclusively with accredited, top-tier global logistics providers to guarantee secure and highly traceable delivery. Once your consignment is dispatched from our central warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation containing a secure tracking Airway Bill (AWB) number.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

For international bulk orders, commercial invoices are generated electronically to ensure rapid border clearance. Please be aware of the following structural policies:

  • All cross-border shipments are strictly subject to the destination country's customs regulations and import laws.
  • Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated in your negotiated corporate contract.
  • Cyrus Uniform provides all necessary regulatory and material documentation to expedite the port clearance process efficiently.

Liability & Delivery Claims

Cyrus Uniform maintains a strict chain of custody protocols until the package is successfully signed for at the designated commercial or residential delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the highly unlikely event that a shipment is lost in transit or arrives with visible structural damage to the external packaging, our corporate policy dictates the following resolution steps:

  • Damage: Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Retain all original packaging materials. Photographic evidence is strictly required for filing insurance claims with the carrier.
  • Lost Transit: If a package has not shown a tracking status update for 7 consecutive business days, our dedicated logistics team will initiate a formal carrier investigation.
  • Resolution: Upon verification of carrier fault, Cyrus Uniform will immediately dispatch a replacement order via Priority Express at no additional cost to your organization.

Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is forcibly returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or failure to collect from a local carrier access point, standard re-routing fees will apply. Complimentary wholesale shipping does not cover secondary delivery attempts caused by recipient error.

Address modifications can only be processed if the order has not yet entered the 'Fulfillment' stage. Please contact our support desk immediately with your Order ID to request an address amendment. Once the airway bill is generated, re-routing may incur mandatory carrier interception fees.

Yes. To ensure the secure handover of high-value uniform shipments, all commercial bulk deliveries and priority express shipments require a direct signature from a designated receiver at the destination.

For security and liability reasons, our private logistics partners cannot deliver to standard P.O. Boxes. A valid physical commercial or residential street address is required for all processed orders.
